Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are applicable only where explicitly mentioned in the service agreement or proposal.

2. Eligibility

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect payment amount
• Service cancellation before work commencement

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed or partially delivered services
• Customized or project-specific work
• Manpower outsourcing and recruitment services

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Gateway

All refunds are processed via Razorpay or the original payment gateway used during transaction.

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official contact channels.
